• Advanced AI-powered features require an active premium subscription.
• We reserve the right to modify, add, or discontinue features at any time.

3. User Content

• You retain ownership of all images and content you upload or process.
• By using AI-powered features, you grant us and our third-party AI providers a limited, temporary license to process your images solely for the purpose of providing the requested service.

4. Intellectual Property

MassEditPro, including its design, code, and trademarks, is owned and controlled by Ai App Integrations LLC. You may not reverse-engineer, redistribute, or resell any part of the App without written permission.

5. Disclaimers

• The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.
• We do not guarantee error-free operation or that the App will meet all your requirements.
• We are not liable for any loss of data, damages, or other losses arising from your use of the App.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ai App Integrations LLC and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the App.

7. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion, especially if you violate these Terms.
